Manager - Corporate/Project Finance - Mortgage Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (1-3 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading mortgage companies headquartered in Dallas, with operations in Chennai, looking to hire MBA graduates from Premier Institution, to handle the Project Finance function.
Responsibilities :
- Managing entire life cycle of deals involving project appraisal, financial modeling, negotiations of term sheet & legal documents, syndication of exposure, asset monitoring etc.
- Responsible for Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, corporate valuation, leading cross functional projects etc.
- Project Management for group corporate finance activities including JV, capital raising etc.;
- Create periodic business performance analysis and monitoring reports for top management reviews
- Perform detailed financial and project due diligence
- Prepare financial models
Desired Profile :
- MBA from premier institution - 2017 / 2018 / 2019 pass out
