Manager - Corporate Planing & Strategy - Consumer Durable

1. The incumbent will be part of the existing Corporate Strategy team and will lead the projects of business transformation, aligning the organization on its key priorities and creating and driving the right business strategies.

2. Completion of specific new CP assignments from time to time and providing constant support to Management

3. To carry out Analytics based projects and will have to work closely with top management across Business Units and support them in decisions making.

4. Will get to work with varied functions and attain experience in multifaceted projects

5. Deliver analytically rigorous and data-driven insights that help executives make strategic decisions and drive business prioritization.

6. Will be leading a team, and also shall be responsible to drive various organizational project effectively through them

7. Developing new systems in various functions from time to time, Analysis of existing gaps and Implementation of new processes and systems to plug the gaps

8. Develop Corporate Planning team competency as per plan

Candidate Requirement :

- BE / B TECH / MBA PREFERRED

- EXPERIENCE IN ANY - OPERATIONS / SCM / BUSINESS ANALYTICS / STRATEGIC DECISION MAKING
