Role: - Person who had been into all type of agreements such as JV/ merger/contractors/JDA others/ Litigation - Agreement to Sell, Drafting, Bank queries, Construction agreements, - Assignment agreements, Coordination with liaison and other departments - Assists business development during negotiation with JV Partner and JVP's advocates/ solicitors on legal structure of the deal - Sale Agreement, Construction Agreement, Marketing Agreement. - Joint Development Agreement, GPA, SPA, Lease cum Sale Agreements - Vendor Contracts
