Manager - Corporate Legal - Metal & Mining Business - LLB

We have been mandated by a large Global conglomerate into Metal and Mining business for the position of Manager Corporate Legal.

Position Name : Manager Corporate Legal

Education : LLB

Experience : 3- 6 years

Responsibilities :

- Developing contract template-Drafting and reviewing of contracts and assisting in developing standard contract templates for procurement and other functions like operation, customer service, finance, IT, land & lease etc.

- Drafting, interpreting, analyzing, negotiating and reviewing contracts: Drafting, interpreting, analyzing, negotiating and reviewing contracts, work orders, purchase orders and providing negotiation support to the procurement and other support teams and reviewing the legal documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal policies and business team objectives prior to signature execution and acceptance.

- Dispute Resolution: Supporting in Dispute resolution, including sending legal notices, advising stakeholders on rights and assisting in developing resolution strategies

- Litigation Management: Supporting in handling litigation related to contractual disputes.

- Legal support to various business function: Providing legal support to various business function related to contracts.
