Manager - Corporate Legal - BPO (7-12 yrs)
Designation : Manager ( Legal )
Location : Jaipur
Experience : 7+ years
Skills: expertise in Contracts, drafting, labour laws, statutory compliance and the like.
JD :
- Supervising/Managing Vendor Compliance activities(CLRA)
- Regulatory Licenses-monitoring and Management (S & E, CLRA, PF, ESI Etc)
- Good knowledge on Local/Employment Laws etc
- Advising all cross functions- HR/ I & L, Operations, Sourcing etc on all legal aspects
- Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery matters
- Doing investigations, Due diligence and advising on Ombuds/SH cases
- Validating/Vetting Contracts, Leases, Real Estate Agreements/Amendments/Sows and negotiate on Legal clauses.
- Work closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasks
- STP/SEZ regulations/compliance knowledge
Qualification: Law Graduate
General: Good Com skills, Maturity in thought process, Quick response time, Good managerial skills & Balanced role play.
Salary Range: 8 -12 LPA
