Manager - Corporate Law

Looking for people with experience of doing Facility agreements, understanding financial terms and handled international transactions. The person needs to work with finance department in loans, loan restructuring and international transactions amongst others .

- Experience must be in law firm or corporate.

- Should have experience in negotiating financial documents.

- Exposure to corporate finance transactions

- Experience of English law is desirable. Should be good in drafting corporate law documents. Should have understanding of transactions in finance like mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, understanding of IBC matters.

- The work includes drafting, vetting and executing transaction documents.

- Lead negotiations for execution of contracts being the legal representative of the Company.

- Rendering legal opinions, pre-empting legal action and suggesting the appropriate recourse
