Designation : Manager Corporate IT (Network) Job Description : Will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT Network infrastructure. Will partner with business teams to execute projects and provide technology support in aid of implementing business strategy. Also, responsible for core Networking &amp; Network Security for all internal and external facing applications and systems. You will be supported by an outsourced team and you are to get the deliverables executed through this team as a project manager. Key Responsibilities: - Primary responsibility of leading Enterprise Network Infrastructure support - Managing, maintaining and upgrading enterprise Network, including vendor management and IT sourcing - Helping maintain, support and operations of Core network including network security, IP Telephony, SD WAN, DC - DR connectivity - Managing Networking &amp; Wi-Fi infrastructure for various roll outs nationally as well as internationally through outsourced IT team - Participating and supporting in regular DR Drills - WAN (MPLS/ILL/SD-WAN/SSL VPN) &amp; LAN management, upgrades, maintenance - Wi-Fi, Wireless Controllers &amp; ISE security solution - Load Balancers and redundancy - IP Telephony, CUCM, Telepresence solution - New technology evaluation POCs, Negotiations and Sourcing - Liaising with Internal Compliance team and help in maintaining security and statutory compliances related to IT - Interacting with business and function heads, as well as being a part of the core IT senior management team - Supervise Vendor coordination, Bill payment and tracking and call escalation - IT coordination with Regional IT team and factories - Winning attitude, Customer centricity, Team building and leadership capabilities Reporting : The Position reports to Head IT Infrastructure and will be supported by outsourced IT team. - Applicants with experience in managing the entire gamut of network infrastructure operations for a manufacturing/ FMCG sector would be ideal for this role Educational Qualification : BE (Computer/ Electronics Engg. Or equivalent)/ MCA Professional Certification : PMP, Microsoft/Cisco certification Experience : 5+ years Location : Mumbai
