Job description for US Staffing Manager

Experience :

Looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter, who have at least 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing and overall experience of 5 years and above.

Mandatory Skills :

- Must have a strong 5 year of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience is required.

- Must have experience of recruiting Senior Technical roles

- Must have experience on the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)

- Must have good understanding and experience on end 2 end US IT recruitment.

- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.

- Excellent English verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

- Diploma / Degree / Masters Degree preferred.

- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, LinkedIn, Hot Jobs, Indeed etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work alongside our Technical Consultants to understand new requirements and finding matching profiles.

- Maintaining the contacts database, segregating the contacts and adding new contacts to database.

- Proactively develop Job Specs for various roles and post out to various job boards

- Actively target suitable candidates on various communities

- Manage the responses and hand-hold the candidates through the application process

- Drive recruitment through warm/cold calling.
