- Position offered - Manager - Corporate Human Resources.

- Position based at Mumbai Corporate Office Nariman Point

- A 5 Days a week organization Reporting to Team Lead & Head HR

- Partnering between the Head HR, Business Leaders and Total HR team to understand the capability gaps and firm up strategies to bridge those HR Head & 5 HR Team on new project, like new policies, team management

- HR Communication and Branding

- Responsible to implement the delivery of business strategy and plan with assigned group

- Advise & co-ordinate and meditate on key employee relation issues.

- Responsible to have sound understanding of HR process, systems

- Supporting & bridge between Head HR & Team HR in following areas Employee Engagement, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Strategy, Employee Grievances, Talent Management, HRBP, Rewards and Recognition, Retention Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Benefits, HR Policies, Job Analysis, Day To Day HR Activities

Purpose of the role :


- Responsible for leading the professional area bringing evidence based practice into the organization and addressing the people challenges for their area of expertise


- Support organization effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy


- Lead the HR vision, including role modelling great personal and team leadership and taking an active role in ensuring the Operating Model is embedded successfully.

- MBA PGDM or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource with Min 14 - 15 years work experience

- Should possess good functional knowledge


Team oriented :


- Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams


- Excellent oral and written communications skills


- Strong analytical and process skills Influencing skills ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence Results orientation and Execution focused, with strong attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities a must Leadership Skill
