Deliverables :
- Talent Pool management : Program management of trainees
- Assessment Development Center : Identification of Hi-Pot for next level role
- Employee Engagement : Design employee engagement programs and roll out across the organization
- Formulate and roll out succession planning and career pathing related initiatives.
- Work out people strategy for the zone and derive new organization design for better governance.
- Develop and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes like leave, payroll, benefits and employee database management, etc.
- To develop and implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent.
- To design & implement new PMS and facilitate roll out
- Design and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness of employee communication and branding.
- To roll out initiatives to build a positive brand image in job market.
