Designation : Manager - Corporate HR

Experience : 5-6 Years of experience in Corporate HR

Reporting Structure : VP & Head - HR

Location : Corporate Office, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

Performance Management Process (PMS) :

- Anchor the end to end performance management process (Goal Setting to annual appraisals) with rigor & discipline & ensure organization goals are cascaded & aligned with all.

- Ratings moderation in discussions with HODs & Line Managers with the support of HRBPs.

- Monitor Performance Improvement Plan(PIP) for poor performers.

- Branding & communication of the entire PMS Campaign

- Measuring effectiveness of the PMS process through FGDs, Internal surveys etc.

- Coaching line Managers on Performance Reviews, Feedback, Counseling etc.

- Conduct PMS workshops for developing skills & awareness for Managers to conduct effective performance review conversations

- Design & monitor effectiveness of the PMS for Blue collar employees

Compensation & Benefits :

- Annual salary revision process

- C&B bench marking study with the help of external consultants based on the need

- Conceptualize & execute Variable Pay plans

- HR Policies & Benefits design & review

- Design Sales Incentive or production incentive plans

Employee Engagement :

- Anchor Employee engagement surveys & drive action planning

- Conceptualizing and driving the employee engagement calendar for the year

- Reward & Recognition programs

- Internal communications (Newsletters, Skip levels, Town halls, Open House etc.)

- Intranet portal upkeep & continuous up gradation

- Responsible for organizing HR events & celebrations

- HR Automation & Analytics

- Analyse the various Workforce Analytics

- HR dashboard (quarterly)

- Designing & tracking HR metrics

- Lead HR automation projects

- Must Have - Min 4 to Max 7 years experience

- Full time MBA HR from premier B School

- Experience in handling end to end performance management system, compensation bench marking, employee benefits, employee engagement.
