Job Title: Manager - HR, Corporate HR and Corporate

Reports To: Head - HR

Location : Mumbai

Summary : The role holder handles aspects of corporate HR including Comp&Ben, Policies, Employee Relations, Talent, OD, L&D(capability), HR Analytics and lead other corporate projects. In addition, the role holder will handle business partnering for corporate functions including marketing, finance, operations and HR. The role excludes business partnering for the sales teams and HR Operations.

The role holder has strong engagement with the leadership team, senior managers to build and drive CoE agenda across the organization

Key Responsibilities :

Comp & Ben/ Policies :

- Rollout and maintain job evaluation foe the organization

- Design, create and maintain HR policies for the organization in line with organization trends and demographic requirements

- Interface with market to understand latest compensation trends. Rollout comp practices for in line with market trends

Capability :

- Design a capability framework for the organization. Partner with Business partners to co create the capability framework for the sales functions

- Identify capability needs for current organization and emerging business needs

- Rollout key interventions to build capability across the organization in line with identified needs

Talent :

- Build and develop success driver frameworks for roles across the organization; Reinforce the framework across all HR practices in the organization

- Develop and rollout frameworks for talent assessment and retention. Rollout appropriate interventions

- Creating and driving Org wide processes such as performance management

Analytics :

- Own metrics and analytics across the organization. Identify key insights from data and metrics

- Publish org. wide HR dashboards in line with the requirements

- Track attrition and critical metrics, identify challenges and work with business partners to create solutions

Organizational Development :

- Design org. wide interventions in line with emerging business needs. Work with Business HR teams in rollout of interventions

- Reinforce values through structured interventions, embed values in everything we do

- Drive employee engagement through org wide initiatives

- Drive employee communication across organization through structured interventions

Employee Relations :

- Advice business partners on ER issues. Develop and rollout ways of working for employee relations

Org. Wide Projects :

- Co own org wide projects along with Head-HR

HR Partnering for Corporate functions :

- Own HR partnering for corporate functions, Drive engagement and talent processes for a high knowledge workforce

- Strong knowledge of Business partnering and exposure to corporate functions with preferably one stint in Talent/OD or Compensation

- Willingness to work in a startup environment
