Manager - Corporate HR - Automobile/Manufacturing Firm (8-12 yrs)
Role : The Leadership Hiring Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting top executive-level talent for organisation. He/she will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional leaders who will drive the success of the company. His/ her expertise in executive search, talent acquisition strategies, and relationship management will be critical in filling key leadership positions within the organisation.
Leadership Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to identify and attract top-level executives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their leadership needs, requirements, and expectations.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct search, networking, referrals, and partnerships, to identify qualified candidates.
- Build a robust pipeline of high-potential executive talent through proactive sourcing efforts.
Candidate Engagement and Assessment:
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their suitability for leadership positions.
- Engage with candidates in a professional and persuasive manner to build relationships and promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate for interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their leadership needs, align expectations, and provide regular updates on the search progress.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, executive search firms, and talent sources to facilitate future hiring needs.
Campus Hiring :
- Create and execute Industry leading strategy in attracting, hiring & engaging best quality talent from engineering / non engineering & management schools.
- Determine best processes, programs, and policies to evolve and shape the future direction of campus recruitment efforts
- Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee campus budget, balance resources across entities and responsible for campus audit and compliance.
- Act as a Campus champion in engaging TPO's and internal organisation to promote us as an employer of choice.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with 8 to 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or talent acquisition at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of executive recruiting methodologies, including direct search, sourcing techniques, and market mapping.
- Excellent understanding of leadership competencies, industry trends, and organisational dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to assess and evaluate executive candidates for their leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and strategic mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
