2. Employee Development Coordinating Feedback Assessment for Managers, Leadership Coaching.
3. Organizing/Conducting Soft Skills and Technical Training Programs covering all employees
Compensation Survey Coordinate/Conduct Compensation Survey with our comparators.
4. Performance Management System Educating all concerned to set goals
5. Training to Supervisors for conducting Review and providing feedback to their team members
Competency Mapping For all positions mapping Competency and prepare Gap analysis and organize subsequent training programs.
6. HR Systems Automize HR Processes to reduce manual intervention and error free.
7. HR Policies, Rewards & Recognition Review existing policies. Revamp the rewards & recognition programs
