Manager - Corporate Governance - Telecom - LLB (8-12 yrs)
LLB with minimum 8 - 12 Years of experience in Corporate Governance.
- Leads the Corporate Governance Function and ensures the Groups compliance with all Governance principles and structures.
- Maintain corporate governance records.
- Coordinate with Finance, Regulatory, HR, Investor Relations to monitor effectiveness of and adherence to internal controls, policies, and processes.
- Advise on compliance and legal requirements related to Corporate Governance activities.
- Ensure board meeting follow-up, circulation of board resolutions.
