Manager - Corporate Finance - Startup

Salary : Upto 18 LPA

Fund raising experience in start ups will be preferred

The Business Finance role is very critical and strategic to the company. He/She will be the single point of contact for the entire company on finance-related queries. Reporting will be to the Director/Founder.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Strategic :

1. Get in-depth understanding of business drivers on both revenue and cost side to bring strategic insights

2. Working in collaboration with the senior management team to shape business strategies and achieving the desired growth

3. Spearhead the Investor Relationship and Fund-raising initiatives

4. Ensuring minimization of risk through monitoring and control

5. Propose, justify, initiate and implement the changes to existing systems to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Finance & Accounting :

6. Responsible for complete due diligence of financials and accounting of the company

7. Implementation of settlements, reconciliation and accounting transactions

8. Internal & Statutory Audits, Corporate Compliance and Taxation for the company including monthly TDS, GST returns and Income Tax

9. Work closely on the Cost Forecasting & Budgeting ; Monitor cash balances and cash flow forecasts and recommend and monitor Employee Performance Linked Incentives

11. Support in Employee Payrolls and Expenses

MIS/Others :

12. Prepare regular reports on Business metrics and also set-up the processes to enable high growth and quality reporting

13. Liaison with business-related organizations such as banks, auditors and others
