We have an opportunity with one of our client in Mumbai.

Position: Manager Corporate Finance and Investments

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for corporate finance, financial modelling and financial analysis.

- Financial feasibility, budgeting, MIS.

- Dealing with investors, financial institutions, banks and VC/PE funds, etc.

- Conducting financial due diligence.

- Carrying out financial modelling that support the assessment of M&A opportunities (investment, divestment).

Experience : 3-5 years corporate finance experience in a Family Office or small to mid sized investment banking or CA or consulting firm

Education : B.Com + CA + CFA/CFP
