Manager - Corporate Finance - CS - BFS (8-15 yrs)
Finance (FP&A, Auditing, Taxation)
Key Responsibility Area:
- Responsible for monthly revenue reporting and overall P/L and balance sheet finalization
- Intercompany reconciliation, intercompany invoice chargebacks and account receivable
- Representing company to different government authorities such as GST, DGFT (Director General of Foreign Trade), and Transfer pricing authorities
- Responsible for all tax return filing, including but not limited to GST, TDS
- Cash forecasting
- Support statutory audit and annual tax reporting
- Prepares special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets & developing forecasts
- Provides financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles and practices, developing recommendations
- Handle day to day general accounting, primarily review of vouchers and AP
- Prepare various MIS reports on fortnightly basis
Mandatory skills:
- CS as mandatory along with CA / MBA (Finance)
- Min 8+ experience in various aspects of Finance & Account function (FP&A, Taxation, Auditing, Budgeting, Forecasting)
- Sound knowledge of various financial concepts
- Familiarity with India statutory reporting and tax compliance process
Location: Gurgaon
- Shift timings: 9AM- 6PM
