Manager - Corporate Finance - CA - FMCG

- Responsible for Direct and Indirect tax compliances include corporate law and other regulatory compliances (Customs/FEMA etc.)

- Ensuring timely tax computation and payment, filing of returns and ensuring all required department queries are answered, assessments closed

- Compliance of GST - educating business teams, instituting processes, coordinating with customers/vendors for ensuring complete availment of GST credit as eligible for the company

- Manage banking operations on day to day basis and compliances relating to banks

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- You should have handled audit and have experience of implementing processes with cross functions. You should be able to take initiative and work independently, prioritising multiple responsibilities and activities in high pressure situations.
