Manager - Corporate Finance - CA

The role is with a large conglomerate client

- Set up structured business review, governance and financial reporting process

- Benchmark business performance and strategy with peer companies

- Critically analyze and summarize the business reports

- Providing suggestions on improvement of operational performance through business process re-engineering

- Supporting in evaluating any future acquisitions, domestic or global

Experience/ Skills Requirement:

- CA with 3-6 years of experience

- Experience with Big4 or M&A in Industry

- Strong interpersonal skills
