Manager - Corporate Finance - CA

- Ensure to practice and implement the finance policies as per the guidelines.

- Review and ensure that all the accounting practices are as per the guidelines of NHB and RBI

- Preparation of financial statement

- Handle due diligence of all the financial transactions

Strategic :-

- Provide regulatory advice, tactics and recommendations

- Generating finance from shares and loans

- Use financial modelling to predict outcomes

Tactical :-

- Preparation of Financial Statements

- Review and filling of various regulatory returns - GST, TDS, PF, ESI.

- Negotiate and structure financial details

- Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations

- Assess and predict financial risks and returns

- Liaise with Audit team, financial experts and regulatory bodies

- Support the internal and external audits of the function

Supervisory :-

- Guide and Manage productivity of the key accountants

- Recruit and train the accountants

- Maintain metrics to ensure the performance of the function and effectiveness of various activities

- Co-ordinate with all departments regarding their financial transactions and ensure fair accounting practices

- Monitor the daily disbursements and ensure implementation of ERP related to streamlining finance function
