Manager - Corporate Communications & Employer Branding - Auto/BPO/Consulting (7-10 yrs)
Hiring for a Professional into Employer branding, Corporate communications, Employee engagement & Social Media handling experience upto 7-10 years.
Role : Employer Branding & Communication
Reporting To : Head of HR India
Location : Pune
Employer Branding :
- Create and manage budget and resource plans needed to execute.
- Collaborate closely with brand and social marketing teams .
- Create employment brand marketing plans, with a strong emphasis on engineering and tech hiring.
- Partner and collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams.
- Create an emotional yardstick to Passion and Desire for the company in the journey from Employer branding for Attraction to Alumni.
- Strategize and implement - The High Growth Culture- parameters keeping in mind the requirements of the organization's goals.
- Create an Engine for Happiness through High-Performance Oriented Engagement for Teams.
Engagement :
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives through effective communication of plan via town hall meetings, forums, events, emails, intranet/internet and other communication methods.
- To support Employer branding on Social Networks.
- Individual Contributor Role.
- Strategize, design and plan activities to keep employees enthusiastic and interested be it via variations, new creations or fresh ideas.
- Plan and execute various employee engagement activities like festival celebrations, family day, outing, Health Camp etc
- Draw up a budget for events for the year and track and monitor spends
- Identifies type and cost of programs, remaining budget-conscious & ensures programs reflect Company values.
- Manage issues and requests of various groups involved including participants, stakeholders, vendors, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration etc
- Coach and assist business leaders in employee engagement events
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
- Employee survey design and implementation.
- Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigations and statutory & legal documentation.
- Maintain MIS and track and report on monthly or periodic basis as required
- To achieve KPIs for retention of employees and improved engagement
- To work with the TA team to improve the overall employee experience from the recruitment process to end of employment.
Social Media :
- Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
- Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
- Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
- Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Communications :
- To develop and deliver an internal and external communication strategy that includes internal communications with staff and service users and wider media.
- To develop a marketing strategy to increase the organisation's profile locally both as a provider of services and large local employer.
- To write staff and service user newsletters, briefings, press releases, articles and web content.
- To implement and explore social media communications strategy to include Twitter, Facebook etc.
- To work across projects to ensure communication and engagement issues are identified and addressed.
