Manager - Corporate Communications & CSR - Pharma

Position: Manager - Corporate Communications and CSR (Leading MNC Pharma Co)

Role:

- Develop a strategic communications plan to inform, engage and align stakeholders (internal and external) highlighting the Company's Vision and strategic priorities

- Position the Company as an enabling partner in India's Healthcare Transformation Journey amongst key stakeholders including patients, policymakers, patient groups etc.

- Develop and Implement an integrated Digital Communications strategy

- Anticipate and identify issues/ crisis that may have an impact on the Company's reputation and take proactive steps to mitigate any risks

- Media Management

- Be responsible for internal communication

- Design and develop sustainable CSR Programs

Requirements:

- Qualification: Masters in PR, Mass Communications or Journalism

- 6-9 yrs of experience in corporate communications/ PR at a pharma company or a PR agency catering to the Pharma Industry

- Experience and understanding of the pharmaceuticals sector

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Experience in preparation of communication material like press releases, press kits, marketing collateral etc.

- Experience in building communication strategies including digital and social media

- Experience in managing online presence - management of the website, intranet and social media channels

- Event management experience

- Corporate social responsibility experience - ideally should have implemented CSR program

- Crisis communication experience
