Manager - Corporate Communication & Public Relations - FMCG

Looking for a Manager - Corp Comm & PR for a LargeMNC, based at Kolkata.

- Post Grad in Corp Comm & PR with 10-12 years of work exp. in media relations and internal communications in an FMCG / Media / Telecom etc. wherein he / she manages media, produces high quality and engaging content across multiple channels for a variety of internal and external audiences and develop & leverage public relations for the Organization.

The role :

1. Create advertising and public relations content such as corporate dossiers, AGM speeches, papers and research articles, annual reports that include detailed financial year reviews etc. over print, electronic and digital media.

2. Manage entire communication mix, liaison with advertising agencies, designers, printers, vendors, etc. for development of copy/content, creative for communication materials.

3. Assist senior leadership develop communication/content strategy for the organization.

4. Track macroeconomic activities, media and industry trends.

5. Work with multiple stakeholders to develop an internal/external communication plan.

6. Develop strong partnerships with the Leadership teams of the Business and on multiple brands.

7. Integrate knowledge from deep external and internal networks, multi-stakeholder insights and broad understanding of business, competitive and industry priorities to lead the development and efficient implementation of strategic communication plans that drive key business and reputation outcomes and shape the environment for the company's products.

8. Oversee budgets with the highest degree of fiscal prudence and responsibility

9. Develop relationships with key media, including social media influences.
