- Build, manage and maintain strong relationship with various media platforms including social media. - Liaise with various media channels on corporate news and events - Help and manage the PR agencies - Strengthen corporate's image via strong rapport and relationship with media personnel - Identify target audience and create strategies to effectively engage them. - Identify 'new media' opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper dissemination of the Communication - Perform "damage control" in cases of bad publicity - Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors - Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews . - Responsible for end to end social media posts- manage communications, graphics etc. Events Management : - Plan, organize and manage corporate events, seminars and press conferences for the organization - Draft the press release aligned to media strategy. Liaise with our partners, photography, publish press release on social media with the help of PR agency on time / real time. Content Development: - Draft internal and external communications, including but not limited to press release, speeches, investor communication, company's policies, drafting of press releases, updating of company's websites, contributing to company's internal publications and marketing collaterals . - Liaise with internal departments to ensure the articles are compliant with the corporate image and other policies Corporate Website: - Develop and maintain new content for specific areas. - Responsible for elements of the Company's social media landscape including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, discussion forum and community Internal Communication : - Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.) - Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership - Drafting emails and memos announcing company news and initiatives.
