- The person will be a part of the global corporate communications team lead, run and manage all sales communication within the business. - You will be responsible to create, manage and execute high impact sales communication campaigns and content for the business to engage and motivate sales team. The role would include setting up and managing all sales communication channels in the business and working closely with marketing, products and operations to ensure that sales teams- access to relevant information in a timely manner. - In addition, being a part of the Global Internal Communications team, you will also participate in corporate internal communication projects as well as integrated corporate communications projects. - Crafting key messages, presentations, Q&As and other documents used by executives to convey strategy and ensure consistent, coherent cascade of information across the company. - Developing effective sales engagement strategies - Developing communications that are high quality, coherent and consistent across businesses ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness. - Developing best practices that can be shared across internal communication team members for optimal efficiency and impact.
