Responsibilities/Duties: Responsible for development of in-house communication strategy to reinforce managements practice and philosophy & assists in creating and sustaining the corporate image of the bank. Would be responsible for preparation of documents and maintaining relationships with necessary parties. Brief job profile: - Strategizing, planning and implementing corporate communications strategies & PR approach. - Closely monitoring Press conferences, all kinds of media releases (Print, TV, radio etc.) - Maintaining and developing relations with the media - Responsible for the designing and printing of the Annual Report of the company, corporate brochure etc. - Drafting press releases, articles as well as an understanding of strategic imperatives. - Coordinate with external communication partners in creating and implementing PR programs, marketing literature, website, advertising agencies, trade associations, rating agencies, etc. - Creating internal reports on the planning, implementation and success of communication campaigns - Preparing Annual Budget. - Initiate & Implement CSR activities - Employee Engagement Activities
