Principal accountabilities Support Activities : 

Internal /External Communication:

1. Collaborate with management and senor leadership to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.

2. Responsible for producing internal communication and enablement materials, including e-newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and write up for MD office.

3. Responsible for leadership communication

4. Ensure consistency of Branding Guidelines for internal and external data sharing through PPT- s/Profiles.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Creation of client reference stories and promoting them through appropriate communication channels

2. Lias with internal and external stakeholder to publish stories and article written by them

Content Management:

1. Responsible for Corporate website updates

2. Compiling and editing data to create Corporate Profiles, credentials and to showcase company's achievements and market penetration

3. Responsible for creating sector reports with the help of Internal stakeholders and its updation

4. Develop and execute plans for the design, writing and production of internal communications materials, including brochures, mailers, newsletters, etc

Social Media Management:

1. Manage Social media presence on LinkedIn/Twitter.

2. Answering Media queries and handle press Releases for MD Office.

Relationship Management:

1. Organized corporate Events /Panels and look out for right events for the company to participate

2. Proactively seeks out opportunities for building the brand visibility, leader connect, thought leadership position and reputation management for the company

MIS:

1. Ensure monthly MIS to be prepared and presented of all ongoing communications (mandates) with internal stakeholders

2. Ensure circulations of live mandates to partners/Directors

3. Prepare the monthly MIS of Client list and its submission to MD office.
