Job Description : - Ensure smooth communications with external stakeholders (media, Govt. authorities, financial bodies, industry associations, communities etc.) for enhancing Brand Hyundai through various interactions, platforms, events etc. - Ensure positive communications with internal stakeholders for harmonious ER atmosphere, through various publications, platforms, events etc. - Facilitate leadership communications for external &amp; internal communications - Plan and implement events aimed at internal and/or external stakeholders to reiterate communication messages External communications : - Maintain continued Media Relations for positive positioning of Hyundai as a progressive corporate, through strategic stories, leadership communications, proactive &amp; reactive articles, curated events etc. - Crisis communications management - Facilitate coordination for media test experiences for new cars Internal communications : - In-house publications - Bridge, Namascar, Channel Hyundai - and other platforms for ongoing positive communications with employees - Facilitating leadership communications with employees - special occasions, events, proactive messaging - through videos, speeches, publications etc. - Conceptualising &amp; executing communication campaigns &amp; other special events for employees - lead/support role for other departments
