Manager - Corporate Communication (7-13 yrs)
- Ensure Sustained Market Leadership in terms of high Share of Voice as well as PR Value; in comparison to competition. Amplify the Company's and the Groups initiatives, business developments, milestones through internal and external communication.
- Create, execute and amplify the Corporate Communications strategy aligned to the organization vision/ mission, business strategy and objectives.
- Support in assignments from other group companies in India on various X-BU initiatives.
- Responsible for promotion of brand through various communication channels, including print, media, internet, etc. under the guidance and support of Head - Corporate Communications & Sustainability and the Head of Marketing.
- Responsible for designing of various promotional materials and marketing collaterals to support sales and product development & management teams
- Support in driving organization-wide communication initiatives and develop communication policies, procedures and protocols for the organization
- Execution of publication of all internal communication materials for the organization and timely dissemination of information and preparation of updates, newsletters, etc. (e.g. Dartboard newsletter) to internal stakeholders
- Support in drafting all senior management communications/interactions like town halls, open houses, etc.
- Responsible for all external communications and media interactions for the organization, with the view of ensuring dissemination of accurate information and strengthening the company image
