Manager - Corporate Actions - Fund Services

Our client is an international leader in the fund services industry are looking for an experienced individual in their Corporate Actions division.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Providing local leadership and oversight on the Corporate action functions

- Monitoring and enhancing operational key performance indicators

- Proactively leading continuous improvement initiative

- Build and maintain relationships with onshore/offshore client stakeholders

- Managing a large team across multiple locations

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 7+ years of work experience in fund industry including Corporate Actions

- Proven ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business

- Strong organizational, control, project management, communication, and negotiation skills
