Manager - Corporate Action - Middle Office Corporate Actions Group (3-6 yrs)

Our client is a leading global Financial technology and professional services firm delivering solutions to financial institutions, including hedge funds, banks, and institutional asset managers. They are currently on a lookout for a professional who could be a part of their Middle Office Corporate Actions group as Sr. Analyst.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage and track corporate action notification and doing daily corporate action capture.

- Escalations Management - Respond and resolve conflicts between Swift MT564 and broker notifications.

- Oversee day to day operations.

- Coordination with different teams to resolve day-to-day exceptions.

- Work with teams for new projects and assist the team for the day-to-day deliverables.

- Work closely with technology teams to assist them in technical projects.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 3-6 Years of experience in Corporate action. (CFA and FRM preferred)

- Strong Financial product knowledge (Such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives).

- Good understanding of data sources such as Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit etc.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong Analytical and problem solver person.

- Technical skills- VBA Macros, MS Excel.

- Added advantage- SQL or Python.
