Manager - Corporate Accounts - Hyperion Financial - Manufacturing - CA

Qualified CA with 3 to 6 years experience in large Manufacturing Industry with hands on working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) :

- Preparation of step consolidation in Hyperion

- Providing functional support on HFM functionalities to group users

- Coordination with HFM consultants for all changes/developments

- Preparation of various management reports

- Providing information to various stakeholders on Strategy, Investor Relations etc

- Preparation of subsidiary financials for filing Annual Performance Report (APR)

- Good knowledge of Indian Accounting standards and IFRS, Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements of some large listed company having foreign subsidiaries & associates, Hands-on experience in converting IFRS / US GAAP accounts to the IND AS and elimination of Inter company balances & transactions for the consolidated accounts,

Additionally responsibilities also include :-

- Consolidation of Accounts:

- Preparation of consolidated financial statement including notes & disclosures as per IND AS & IFRS

- Review of inter-company reconciliations and elimination

- Filing of results to Stock Exchange & newspaper publish

- XBRL, Annual report compilation

- Qualitative review of subsidiary financials
