JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Contribute towards preparation of quarterly/annual Consolidated financial results/statements

- Work on compliance requirements of SEBI, etc. like related party approval and reporting

- Inter-co reconciliations

- Preparation of budgets

- Interaction with group companies for data and other requirements

- Interaction with auditors

- Analyse events, transactions for accounting implications

- Understanding of Ind AS Accounting standards

- Tracking accounting developments and plan for its implementation

- Improvement in processes, including through use of automation, to reduce time taken in completion of activity

- Knowledge of consolidation package like Oracle Hyperion will be an added advantage
