- Assist in the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements  - Compliance with the requirements of Ind AS including carrying out fair valuation of ESOP, investments, disclosure on financial instruments etc.  - Accounting for mergers and acquisitions  - Compilation of related party transactions as per transfer pricing regulations and accounting standards  - Resolving adhoc queries of plant accountants on matters of compliance with accounting standards  - Monitor and review financial ledgers/ accounting records of various plants  - Knowledge of CSR Rules and other relevant provisions of Companies Act, 2013  - Assist in the compliance with Clause 41/49 of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges  - Liase with auditors  Desired Candidate Profile  Qualified CA with 3 - 5 years of experience preferably from a Big 4 firm or a manufacturing firm  Should have experience in :  a. Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)  b. Preparation of financial statements  c. Statutory audits  d. Companies Act, 2013  e. Transfer pricing rules  f.
