Manager - Corporate Accounting/MIS - FMCG Startup - CA (6-7 yrs)
CA with 6-7 years of experience working in Corporate office of medium to large scale business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Generating Financial reports, Analysis, and reconciliation with Management accounting numbers.
2. Analysis of balances appearing in the trial balance and ascertain reasonability and draw detailed schedules for key accounts.
3. To ensure accounting controls are implemented in the financial accounting process
4. Maintenance & supervision of ERP controls - act as ERP functional champion.
5. Monitoring the recording of day to day business transaction of the company as per the defined process and approval system. Discussing and guiding the users on booking of any new type of transaction in the books.
6. Interacting with statutory auditors and internal auditors of the company for preparation of Financial statement.
7. Preparation of MIS reports and company performance dash-Board.
8. Preparation of Managerial P&L.
9. Cost control and implementation of Budgeting process.
Additional Skill:
1. Excellent knowledge of Excel
2. Experience of working in ERP system.
3. Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
