Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of Chartered Accountants across Finance Close, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity Control, Statutory Reporting, and FP&A processes.

- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in creating presentations with thoughtful analysis, and support decision-making.

- Review and compile accounting transactions and documents throughout the month, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure financial integrity and timeliness.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.

- Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.

- Hands-on expertise in Accounting or FP&A required; exposure to both domains is ideal.

- Strong knowledge of US/UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial reconciliation practices.
