- Budgeting control of Marketing & Sales areas including revenue, Variable Marketing spend. Taking critical role in robust budget development and Providing physicals based variance analysis - Monthly account close activities, ledger scrutiny and reconciliation, monthly reporting including actuals and rolling forecast - Business partnership and close involvement in business decision making. - Generating various MIS and dashboards and adhoc reports to assist management in decision making. - Ensuring accounting and DOA compliance with strong internal controls - Tracking profitability with KPIs tracking to bring attention on profitability drivers. - Closely involved in development of Long term Business plan Desired Profile: - Candidate should have experience of FP&A, Internal Control, accounting and controllership mandatorily - Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization - Strong communication and presentation skills - Should have managed a team Preference is for CA/CWA with 2-4 years of exp post qualificationClient: Leading Automobile Giant
