We have a great opportunity with a reputable Real estate organization for the Manager - C&P role.
Education: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
Location: Noida (Site loc)
Working Experience: 7-14 years
Job Requirements :
1. Candidate must have minimum 8-14 years of experience in contracts and procurement role.
2. Candidate must have handled minimum 7+ projects wrto C&P role in real estate industry.
3. Should be AutoCAD/SAP/MS Office proficient.
4. Candidate must have work experience on site locations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop Vendor database for all trade packages
- Carry out prequalification process for shortlisting tenderers for contract awards
- Tender document compilation including but not limited to drafting of Special conditions of contract.
- Conduct Tender techno-commercial negotiation meetings with tenderers & Internal stakeholders.
- Preparation & release of Contract documents.
- Anticipate potential claims
- Restrict impact of claims during contract period
- Identify possible counter claims
- To act as an arbitrator between the company and the contractor
- Analyze EOT and liquidated damages
- Terminate the contracts on contractual grounds
- Resolve and settle disputes between the contractors and between the client and the contractor
Working Days: 5 days per week.
