Manager - Contract Management - IT Technology/Solutions

We have an opportunity for Manager - Contract Management with one of our IT Technology/Solutions client in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding the commercial and legal implications of contracts and the subsequent red line changes for taking agreements to closure.

- Analyzing contract requirements, terms and conditions and other content to ensure compliance with appropriate laws.

- Renegotiating the commitments in contracts to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliances.

- Ensuring contract review, approval and execution is in accordance with corporate guidelines.

- Managing all contracts related to clients, employees, vendors and business partners. This includes reviewing & checking the scope, cost, terms and conditions & other deliverables.

- Finalization of contracts by discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensuring accurate & timely delivery

- Set up preliminary processes of the legal function (such as setting up contract repository, SOPs for contract review etc.)

- Act as a single point of contact for interactions with external counsel / legal advisors

Location: Magarpatta, Pune

Education:

- LLB with 5-8 years of experience in IT/ITES/LPO Industry in Contract Management.
