Continuous Improvement Manager_Record to Analyze

Primary Purpose of the Role:

- The Continuous Improvement Manager Record to Analyze is primarily responsible to drive continuous improvement within the outsourced Global R2A function through IRM's F&A service provider. 

- Additionally she/he is expected to manage performance, enhance process controls through a combination of Six sigma methodologies and available control framework, identify and drive stabilization and standardization efforts, drive transformation changes in partnership with Global Transformation Leads, liaise with functional stakeholders and help the Global Finance Outsourcing Lead in ensuring stellar support for IRM's outsourced F&A function

- As the Continuous Improvement Manager, she/he will focus on day to day process monitoring and reporting, driving RCA by liaising with process associates/ managers and stakeholders, educating process associates with RCA findings, ensuring documentation of learning and holding regular refresh sessions and leading employee certifications (white, yellow, green belt). 

- Additionally she/he will work with Global Transformation Leads and Sr Process Managers to drive and implement transformation solutions. She/he is also expected to drive VSM and process documentation

- Global Finance Outsourcing Lead- Direct Manager

- Sr Manager R2A

- Finance Leadership Team (Regional Controllers, Country FD's and Corporate Finance (EFP&A, Tax, Global Finance Transformation Lead, etc.)

- Third-party Outsource Partner

- IT Finance Business Partner

- Auditors, tax, legal & accounting advisors

Knowledge/Skills : 

- Bachelors in Commerce / Business Administration/ Science

- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification must (MBB desirable) from ISI or other reputed institutes

- Accounting certification (CA/CPA or semi qualification will be an advantage)

- Additional Industry certification in SOX, IFRS, AR, AP desirable

- Excellent analytical skills and a focus on identifying process improvement opportunities

- Challenges status Quo with a quality bias

- Having driven multiple green belt and black belt projects

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Experience in Oracle, workflows, reporting tools and excellent knowledge of MS Office suite

- Knowledge of RPA implementation will be an added advantage

Experience : 

- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Continuous Improvement in a combination of Outsourcing and Shared Services having supported R2A function. Exposure to P2P or O2C will be an added advantage

- Hands on experience in Data Analysis, Statistical and Process Improvement tool like Minitab

- Background in training peoples across levels on six sigma methodologies

- Track record of Process Improvement through Green Belt/ Black Belt projects
