- At least 5 years in as an industrial engineer, Experience in handling and treatment of minerals/metal preferred.
- Experience range 4-7 yrs
- Geographical mobility required

Brief of Role :
- Ensure implementation and sustainability of the new processes.
- Ensure EHS procedures are inline and adhered too
- Experience of using of lean management techniques preferred.
- Standardization of the process
- Process improvement plans with department leaders to meet or exceed the savings / cost avoidance targets. Lead
- Continuous Improvement projects for Productivity improvement by applying lean manufacturing tools & techniques.
