We are hiring Manager - Continuous Improvement for our client based at Bangalore. Job Summary: The purpose of the role is to promote and facilitate Continuous Improvement across the organisation and Business Services. Roles & Responsibility: - Developing and leading a robust team, giving them the opportunities to be their best. through mentor, career development conversations, and performance management - Initiates and crafts continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams. - Accountable for achieving team objectives, partner management, and critical issue management. - Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans. - To identify and deliver (from end to end) process improvement activity across the business through employing CI methodologies. - Help individuals and teams to complete the improvement projects and assist them in getting CI certification, bring the team at defined CI maturity level, sustain and further Improve. - Assist with identifying integration issues with other projects/processes and coordinate the improvements with the appropriate project leader to accomplish project goals. - Facilitate detailed CI coaching's, and build capabilities across business. - To complete post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery of CI has been achieved. - Provide progress updates to all levels of stakeholders & report benefits to business at defined intervals. - Preferred good verbal and written communication, the ability to influence and deliver the desired results, ability to challenge current thinking in constructive ways. - Experience in international large-scale Transformation/Process improvement projects. - Experience in project management techniques/methodology, Change Management. - Expert in Lean - Six sigma & Change Management. - Strong analytical skills - Interpretation of process data and translating it to meaningful insights & requirements. - Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. - Understanding of Automation Technology - RPA, AI. - Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, Leaders, Executives, SMEs across hubs.
