Content Strategy Manager - EdTech/Online Education Our client is a very large, well established reputed multinational org and is a leader in EdTech/e-Learning space providing higher education in the areas such as Big data, Data Science, AI ML, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing etc. Looking for a content strategist who will work collaboratively with faculty and colleagues to analyse instructional outcomes and provide expertise in the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality learning experiences Responsibilities : - Design online training courses and identify methodologies to be used to deliver content and organize the content and flow of information. - Help create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer - Analysing and applying trends in learning technologies and instructional design - Visualize instructional graphics, slide decks and other instructional material - Ensure content created and curated is free of copyrighted material. Audit previously created content as required to check for copyrighted material - Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, create visual aids for online interactions - Be able to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio and video scripts - Be responsible for devising modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course - Be responsible for planning and managing course development and design projects. - Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs - Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts - Maintain project documentation and course folders Requirements : - Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology - Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models - Lesson and curriculum planning skills - Ability to storyboard and visualise - Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Nice to have : - Knowledge of at least one Learning Management System - Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) - BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
