- Lead/Manage content and localization team to drive customer centric digital experiences and best in-class service to regional marketing teams. - Work with cross-functional teams and identify areas of additional automation - Work to inform stakeholders on potential enhancements based on user behavior - Lead team to ensure that proper documentation is created for repeatable process that can be leverage by marketing teams to have self-serve tools to draw from - Recruit, onboard, and grow content and localization team, giving them the guidance and tools to continually learn, build trust, and specialize in their area - Manage the production process and pipeline, including maintenance of an accurate and efficient publishing schedule; oversee ongoing upkeep of existing content catalogue as a partner in and co-owner of our updates process - Coordinate with marketing campaign leaders, digital merchants, SEO experts, creative teams, and other colleagues to ensure stellar editorial quality, transparency, adherence to core standards, and deadline compliance - across daily publishing to support campaigns as well as website redesigns / replatforms. - Work with localization team to rollout Translation Management capabilities across our Kitchen and Bath brands. - Create curriculum to onboard new team members, as well as train business leaders in business teams in using content management tools based on appropriate permissions - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, test, and roll out new features and improvements to our AEM CMS and other 2-tier CMS. - Maintain production documentation, administrate essential tools - Set up team KPIs and reporting to effectively report on performance, quality, and accuracy. Implement agile ways of working. - Work with training associates to organize training of and improve consistency across a diverse group of CMS users - Perform related work as assigned RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS: Supervisory Relationships - Reports to Sr. Manager, Digital Program - Digital Transformation, K&B Group - Manage Web Production, Training, Personalization EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, Human Factors or related field. 3-5 years of experience - 10+ experience in web production, localization and personalization - 3-5 yrs. leadership/management experience - Good organizational and follow-up skills - Excellent communication to Sr. Management and to teams - Ability to think critically and creatively to address customer needs - Be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be able to balance multiple tasks - Excellent customer service capabilities and strong problem-solving skills - Intermediate Microsite Office Suite experience - Good verbal and written communication skills. - High sense of urgency to get things done in a timely manner - Experience working with virtual/remote teams located in different geos - Understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies - Working experience with AEM and other digital marketing campaign technologies - HTML, CSS, JS experience - Be able to learn quickly and manage change effectively - Project Management (incl. budget management) experience a plus - Advanced English (TOEFL a Plus) - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, JS a plus - Digital Marketing or Systems experience preferred. - Working SEO experience (architecture, metadata as it relates to CMS) - Experience in leading teams that practice agile ways of working - Working experience with Jira, Confluence - Experience in working/setting up highly performing teams - Experience supporting global customers / business teams within consumer goods industry (B2C experience preferred) - Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. - Travel required occasionally to get trainings or provide consulting services to different regions (5- 10% a year). Organizational Relationships: - Frequent contact with Global Teams (IT, Digital Transformation, Web Development, Sales & Marketing) - Frequent contact with Global Leadership teams - Global Procurement Process & Systems Team and Business Unit Analysts. - External contacts include suppliers and contractors. Other Details: Since the role would also include to support USA and Europe regions, the associate should have the flexibility to work in shifts that may range from 6 am-3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30 pm OR in regular India working hours.
