We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager & Content Lead who can build and drive a content and social media strategy that strengthens brand presence, boosts audience engagement, and supports business growth.
This role involves leading the development and execution of content across all digital platforms, with a strong focus on social media management, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Youll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and drive measurable outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content and social media strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Own the content calendar across platforms (blogs, social media, email, etc.), ensuring timely and strategic output.
- Manage and grow the brands social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Create, curate, and oversee engaging, brand-aligned, and SEO-friendly content tailored to various digital channels.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, videographers, and other creators to deliver visually and editorially compelling content.
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and voice, aligned with the brand identity.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.
- Analyze and report on content and social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).
- Drive content distribution across earned, owned, and paid channels to maximize visibility and impact.
- Work closely with SEO, performance marketing, and email marketing teams for cross-channel alignment.
- Mentor and lead a team of content and social media professionals to ensure high-quality execution.
- Conduct competitor analysis and content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
- Develop social media campaigns to support product launches, brand initiatives, and community engagement.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital storytelling.
- Proven experience creating and scaling content across various formats (written, visual, video) and channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution, and social media algorithms.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize content performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
- Experience in healthcare or wellness sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
