Manager - Content /Knowledge Management.

Role :

Main duties and tasks :

- Promote Marketing Services as a CoE, especially from a content perspective and broaden the clientele base across

- Build business (people outreach and marketing to spread awareness on & promote services within the function, such as Consulting Services).

- Drive business SLAs across the team.

- Ensure that all content is in line with high quality standards, marketing compliance & style policies, and international standards of the English language.

- Be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of all projects assigned.

- Independently and efficiently drive the execution of multiple projects end to end.

- Transform and transition marketing communication output to create demand for Company's service offerings.

- Manage and oversee MIS and SLA documentation and reporting for the editorial team.

- Be accountable for and manage all team administrative and operational functionalities such as billing/invoicing, project codes, etc.

- Add compliance value to all content by recommending and ensuring adherence to risk guidelines for all company's-wide content.

- Serve as a visible leader for activities/initiatives beyond editorial & content team-related responsibilities Independently co-ordinate the release of multiple communications through multiple channels

- Work closely with the Source Communications and Change Management work stream lead,

- Help ensure content across marketing collaterals are in line with the company's marketing compliance policy.

- Add compliance value to all content for the UK firm by citing stylistic and risk issues in documents.

- Be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of all projects assigned.

- Make constructive suggestions for improving content and consistency and quality.

- Apply corporate communication and brand standards to the range of material requested.

Project Support : Planning and execution of KM projects & initiatives, as identified by US Knowledge Manager and industry practitioners

People Management : Leading teams to drive key KM initiatives by working towards on-boarding, allocation and regular performance reviews of new resources joining the team

Industry Industry Focus : Actively involved in gaining and sharing latest trends and insights on industries,

Experience and skills required :

- Excellent communication and team management skills, experience in journalism/communications an advantage

- Proficiency in different styles of English and in particular different systems of style (Chicago and AP, for instance)

- Ability to be a proactive and dynamic leader with a solutions-centric approach

- Sharp executive presence and client management skills

- Ability to work under pressure handle crunched timelines, turnaround swiftly and be adaptive to frequent changes in the nature of requests

- Ability to prioritize and plan efficiently when dealing with multiple requests and stakeholder changes/feedback/suggestions

- Project-management and team-leading skills in overall work and service delivery approach

- Ability to effectively review content for effectiveness and quality without tampering or taking away from the original intended meaning

- Ability to manage team dynamics effectively and keep attrition low

- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and innovation in approach to team management and business development

The Individual must have at least 6- 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role (with a professional services/content & communications team would be an advantage).

Qualification / certifications : MBA/M.Com/PG in Communications/English/Brand Marketing

- Certifications or diplomas in management, leadership skills, editorial management, brand compliance, communications (advantage/bonus)

Overall work experience (in years) : 6- 12 years
