Role: Manager KM
- Liaise between KM and Advisory function to manage multiple projects
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with Advisory KM team
- Ensure quality of content on KM platforms
- Track the progress of projects against the plans
- Facilitate project requirements; capacity planning and prioritization
- Provide consultation for deploying KM programs and systems
- Help business in adopting KM products and services
- Conduct trainings around KM products and platforms
- Drive contribution and consumption of content
- Drive collaboration within business groups
- Collaborate with Global team to understand and drive relevant projects and good practices in India
- Create insightful reports for senior leadership
- Organize and conduct governance meeting, record minutes/actions.
- Publish project status reports
Person should be open to learn, experiment and innovate
6-8 years of KM experience
- Understanding of Advisory/consulting business
- Hands-on with technology and must be able to make powerful MS power point decks
