Manager - Content Development - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)
- Managing the content team to ensure all are following the content guideline & deliver requested content on time
- Should possess the ability to grasp and repackage complex topics in a simple, edgy but intelligent, clear and engaging manner
- Create and draft content for blogs, websites, social media, etc
- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must
- Support the PR team in drafting articles for publishing in the media, drafting press releases, press announcements, etc
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization, and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
- Lead a team of external content writers/creators to develop on-brand content pieces like Blogs, Press Releases, Reviews, Social Posts, etc
- Working closely with the Digital team to drive SEO through content
- Broad knowledge of web content development, digital publishing, email and social media best
- 3-5 years experience either as a content manager/specialist at consumer Goods
