We are hiring "Manager - Contact Center" for an Eye-ware Firm @Gurgaon Loc Requirement : - Lead a team of about 200+ employees including executives, TL and SME for lead generation of Home Business and associated back end processes. - Possess a go-getter attitude and should carry an optimistic approach to achieving ambitious target month-on-month - Should have a proactive approach to leading team and devising breakthrough ideas to achieve targets - Should have sound understanding of predictive dialer and optimizing CC operations - An aggressive individual to drive team on higher occupancy, productivity and numbers - Should be able to analyze the numbers well and find out existing loopholes in the process - Must carry a vision of growing business to the tune of 10x and has demonstrated similar capability in the past - Should be an achiever and not be afraid of failure - Should have hand-on Experience on Dialer - 5 years of min experience of handling a team of min 100 associates.
